Boneless New York Sirloin Steak

A Top Butt Sirloin Steak that has a great beef flavor. Averages in size between 18-32 ounces.

Boneless Sirloin Strip Steak

Cut from the Loin, this Lean Steak boasts great tenderness and flavor without the gristle that other steaks possess.

Delmonico Steak

This Prime Rib Steak has great marbling and boasts as the juiciest of all our steaks.

Ribeye

Cut from the most Tender part of the Rib, we remove all the gristle from this steak and retie it, leaving you with all the flavor and very little fat.

Cut from the tenderloin, the Filet’ is our leanest and most tender steak that will melt in your mouth.

Bone-In Prime Rib

(Only Available During The Holiday Season)
A whole bone-in prime rib has seven bones. You carve one slice with the bone and one slice boneless. So you get one (king cut) with the bone and one (queen cut) without the bone. For a total of thirteen cuts per whole rib (7 Ribs). USDA CHOICE or HIGHER Approx. 18 lb. figure about 1 1/4 lb. per person. You can order from 3 1/2 to 18 lb.

Country Club Sirloin Strip Roast

A roast similar to the boneless prime rib, Tender, Juicy USDA CHOICE or HIGHER Figure 3/4 lb. per person. From 2 to 15 lb. per roast.

Butcher’s Roast

A great roast which has always had great repeat orders and compliments. Great for a Sunday dinner with the family. A tender roast, with a great beef flavor served sliced thin USDA CHOICE or HIGHER 1/2 lb. to 3/4 lb. per person. Up to 9 lb.

Tenderloin Roast
